Commercial Roofing Superintendent

• Compensation : $90,000 – $115,000 Base + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits

They’re urgently hiring a sharp, experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent based in Laurel, MD—or someone open to traveling across the U.S. to lead large-scale commercial roofing jobs from the field. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading field operations on complex commercial roofing projects
• Managing foremen and crews to meet production and safety targets
• Coordinating labor, materials, and schedules to stay on track
• Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
• Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, engineers, and owners
• Enforcing OSHA and jobsite safety standards
• Solving problems in real-time and keeping projects moving forward

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
• Deep expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, BUR, and cold/hot-applied systems
• Proven success on secure or complex projects (hospitals, government, industrial)
• OSHA 10/30 certified with a strong safety record
• Willingness to travel (50%+ for regional; full travel for national role)
• Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S.
• Spanish-speaking a plus
