We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced **Data Manager** in the **Arizona** area. This **_fully remote_** , full time opportunity would allow you to lead a team in making a difference in the lives of those going through Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse care. Hours are flexible to 8 hours a day. **Job Responsibilities:** Oversees the data team within the Quality Management department. This position will be responsible for the validation, quality, analysis, and communication of data, particularly as it pertains to the quality of services provided as well as to inform overall corporate strategy. Must be familiar with data validation, analysis, strategy, governance, infrastructure, and informatics. The Data Manager will assist in moving data management forward in all areas. **Job Requirements:** **Five or more** years of experience in healthcare data management, analysis, strategy, or similar. Preference for experience specific to behavioral health. Relevant **Bachelor's degree or higher** in Business, Software Programming or Technology, Engineering, or related field. Preference for experience with NextGen and PowerBI software.
