You will be working for a commercial/residential builder who I have known for over 30 years. Impressive owner, prior to own business, he was the General Manager of a Connecticut branch office ($200M volume) of a national commercial CM firm. Owner takes great pride in providing phases of construction in Preconstruction Services, Construction and Closeout including construction methods as a General Contractor, Construction Management, Design/Build and Owner Rep services. 75% commercial and 25% residential projects. Current volume $10M and they do a lot of Yale projects. Estimating software used in main office: excel/Bluebeam & word.
