About This Role

As a Freelance Content Creator, you will help capture and create compelling social-first content around our shoots and cast members. If you live and breathe TikTok, understand internet culture, and know how to craft raw, emotionally resonant content that sparks conversation, this is for you.

This isn’t just about showing up and filming. It’s about knowing what moment matters, and why it would be thumbstopping. You should deeply understand our audience, care about the kind of stories we tell, and be obsessed with crafting social content that amplifies Jubilee’s message and mission.  

What You’ll Do:

• Attend 2-3 weekend shoots per month to film behind-the-scenes and social media content.
• Pitch social-first ideas and identify ways to extend the Jubilee universe through digital content
• Conduct short interviews and capture authentic, emotional, or viral moments with cast members
• Identify social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Organize, edit (as needed), and upload content efficiently.
• Assist in social video strategy, optimizing content for reach and engagement.
• Assist in publishing social media content across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Analyze social media performance, identifying trends and opportunities for content optimization.

Who You Are:

• Have experience creating engaging short-form video content for social media
• Understand how to create for different platforms
• Are extremely comfortable shooting and editing on your phone
• Can move fast, think on your feet, and pivot when needed
• Are passionate about the kinds of stories Jubilee tells: human, thought-provoking, and connection-driven
• Know how to balance sincerity and internet-savviness in your content
• Have a portfolio, TikTok, or IG that shows your creative fingerprint
• Open weekend availability
