Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: 100% Remote Role

Duration: 3-6+ Months Contract + Extensions

Job Description:-

The Role: We are hiring a senior Full Stack Software Engineer to architect, build, and launch our next-generation platform. You will work closely with the founder and Lead Designer to deliver a beautiful, scalable, and secure product that handles complex data and workflow-plus, you'll help us embed ChatGPT for automated quoting and support.



Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain both backend and frontend components for our platform (Next.js preferred)
• Build robust quoting, booking, schedule, and customer account modules (high uptime, low latency)
• Integrate ChatGPT/OpenAI for AI-powered quoting, chat support, and admin automation
• Develop secure admin dashboards for non-technical staff (easy editing of schedules, rates, content, contracts, analytics)
• Automate document generation, notifications, and customer communication
• Ensure data integrity, security, backups, and compliance (PII, business records)
• Design for extensibility: easy to add new features, reports, integrations (CRM, accounting, etc.)
• Write clear documentation, set up proactive monitoring/alerts, and provide support during rollout
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and founder to iterate quickly and prioritize product goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience building and deploying production web applications (SaaS, booking, or e-commerce)
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), REST/GraphQL APIs
• Experience deploying to cloud (Vercel, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to build admin dashboards and secure data management tools for business users
• Familiarity with integrating AI APIs (ChatGPT/OpenAI or similar) into production environments
• Passion for clean code, maintainability, and security best practices
• Bonus: Logistics, travel tech, or maritime platform experience
