We are seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to join our pallet repair team. This is a hands-on fast-paced role where you will be responsible for repairing wooden pallets using power tools including nail guns saws and other hand tools. If you enjoy physical work take pride in craftsmanship and have construction roofing or carpentry experience this could be a great fit for you.

This position is $17.00/hour with bonus if production goals met!

• Eligible increase to $18.35/hr for consistently hitting production goals (evaluated monthly)

Additional Incentives:

• $0.50/hr for perfect attendance
• $0.50/hr for no safety incidents
• Assemblers/Sorters: $150 weekly bonus when goals are met

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect repair and rebuild wooden pallets to company quality standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate a nail gun and other hand/power tools.
• Remove damaged boards and replace with new lumber as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Nail gun experience is required (must be comfortable and skilled with frequent use).
• Previous experience in construction roofing or carpentry is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with varying temperatures.
