Capstone Logistics is seeking Experienced Independent Home Delivery Contractors to provide excellent, reliable, pick-up and delivery service, using a company small truck.

All routes run 7 days per week & go from  fulfillment centers to Residences. Vans are loaded for you at the F.C. You unload totes at each residence until route is complete. You then unload empty totes at F.C.

All drivers will be on a rotating schedule, so flexibility is key.

Job Location: Aurora, CO 80019

Pay: Starting at $25.30hr plus incentives / Weekly Pay

Schedule: 7-day operations; 2nd shift available 1:00pm-9:00pm; schedule to be set at orientation

***Work days : 5 days per week /weekend availability REQUIRED***

Daily Functions:

• Will operate sprinter vans/trucks acting as an  Independent Home Delivery Contractor  for a major grocery retailer
• Warehouse Work: rolling pallets on/off or vans as needed
• Move vans from Yard to Fulfillment center,
• Clean inside and outside of vans,
• Assist Delivery drivers if vehicle were to go down while on a Route.
• You will support and participate in Safety Team meetings to ensure open communication
• Complete daily logs to ensure proper reporting and measurement of productivity
• Communicate with other shifts to provide a seamless transition and maintain efficiency
• Read work orders determine work assignments to identify appropriate equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Ensure the yard is clean and organized
• Trailers are safely spotted and remain damage free
• Sit or stand for periods (concrete flooring and changing temperatures
• These are CONTRACTOR positions & various FEES will apply

Easy Requirements

• MUST BE 21 years of age or older
• A valid driver’s license
• A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
• DOT Medical Card
• Must have and be able to use a smart phone
• No call/no shows, Repeated Callouts, without coverage, will result in termination.
• Must have weekend availability.
