💼 Role: Senior Research Associate – Histology
What You'll Do:
🧬 Oversee tissue processing , embedding, sectioning, staining, and high-resolution scanning to ensure top-tier specimen quality
📦 Manage histology requests from start to finish—communicating effectively, delivering feedback, and ensuring timely completion
🧪 Supervise clinical and non-clinical sample logistics , maintaining full compliance with protocols
🔍 Implement quality control measures for histological integrity, including equipment upkeep, sample handling, issue resolution, and data accuracy
🤝 Provide technical guidance to R&D scientists on histology best practices and ensure lab safety, regulatory compliance, and high service standards
What We're Looking For:
✅ AS or BS degree in Histotechnology, Biology, Pathology, or related Life Sciences
✅ HT or HTL certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology ( ASCP )
✅ 5+ years of hands-on histology experience
✅ Strong interpersonal skills , professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
✅ Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
