Interventional Radiologist (Kansas City, MO)
Full-time | Estimated Annual Pay: $520,000 $780,000 | Permanent 1099 | No Call
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Interventional Radiologist to provide high-quality care in a metro/suburban Kansas City setting. The role includes interventional procedures, limited diagnostic reads, and mammography/biopsy reads twice per month, with flexible scheduling and no call requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures
Conduct limited diagnostic imaging reads as part of clinical duties
Complete mammography and biopsy reads twice per month
Maintain accurate procedural and patient documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
Participate in RVU-based opportunities for additional procedures
Schedule:
8 AM 4 PM shifts, on-site 2 days per week
No call coverage
Choose between 26 or 39 weeks per year, with RVU-based incentives for additional work
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
Active Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Skilled in vascular and non-vascular IR procedures and mammography-guided interventions
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$4,000 per 8-hour shift (26 weeks $520K, 39 weeks $780K)
Permanent 1099 role
