Inventory Control Specialist | Henderson, NV

Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, and investigating any inventory issues to ensure data integrity. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve inventory variances efficiently. Responsibilities

• Inspect Shipments: Accurately receive and inspect incoming materials such as server components, networking equipment, and other IT-related inventory.
• Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory records in software systems, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure materials are organized.
• Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Assembly & Preparation: Assemble small components and server racks, including power supplies, networking hardware, and cabling, ensuring adherence to blueprint specifications.
• Shipping & Receiving: Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments by coordinating with vendors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Documentation & Reporting: Update inventory logs, track shipments, and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve material needs and optimize inventory flow.
• Utilize Tools: Use RF scanners, SAP, and WMS software to track and update inventory records, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow Standard Procedures : Follow company policies and adhere to industry standards for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehousing or material handling preferre
• RF scanner and forklift experience required (sit-down or stand-up
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Pay 

$19.00 - $21.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Swing Shift | Tuesday – Friday | 1:00PM – 12:00AM
