A boutique litigation firm located in downtown San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented and highly dependable Junior Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire basis. The firm is seeking someone who can step into a hybrid role that blends litigation support with essential administrative responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently certified paralegal who is eager to grow their legal career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
+ E-file legal documents and create shell pleadings
+ Maintain attorneys' monthly and weekly calendars and check tentative rulings
+ Open, scan, and summarize incoming mail; save to Time Matters
+ Enter and track incoming checks; deposit checks at the bank
+ Manage conference room and visitor access scheduling
+ Intake potential new client calls and summarize for attorney review
+ Enter payables and credit card statements into PCLaw
+ Assist with discovery and litigation tasks as assigned by attorneys
+ Perform general office duties: answering phones, managing email, client intake, photocopying, scanning, filing, timekeeping, and coordinating with building staff
+ Provide general support using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ ABA-approved paralegal certificate (required)
+ Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
+ At least 1 year in a law office environment in an administrative or legal support role
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to pick up new tasks quickly
+ Comfortable performing a mix of paralegal, administrative, and legal secretarial duties
+ Professional and pleasant office demeanor
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
+ Familiarity with Time Matters and PCLaw a plus
+ E-filing experience preferred but not required - firm is open to training the right candidate
