We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in the healthcare domain to lead requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and patient/member outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams in the healthcare domain.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation for healthcare products and systems (payer, provider, Medicare/Medicaid, clinical, or insurance).
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment for new and existing healthcare solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to support test planning, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, HL7, EDI, etc.).
• Conduct workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder presentations for requirement sign-off.
• Support product roadmap planning and contribute to solution design aligned with business strategy.
• Track progress of requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
