VIO Med Spa is gearing up for it's second location on Long Island and looking to grow it's management team!

Who we are:

The team that brought Beach Bum Tanning, European Wax Center, and Orangetheory Fitness to Long Island is now preparing to disrupt the aesthetics industry in New York. VIO med spa is the largest medical spa franchise in the country with over 60 locations open and will soon be the largest in New York. We are looking to grow our management team. If you are looking to grow with a company in the aesthetics industry this is the one, and we have proven it time and time again.

The Spa Manager will be the heart of our team and will be responsible for the overall operation, performance, and culture of the spa. This individual will be responsible for developing an inspiring team and work environment, meeting all financial objectives for the spa, meeting monthly spa revenue goals as it relates to retail sales, service and treatment sales, and ensuring that expenses are maintained within the budget provided. Marketing and special events coordination will be another important piece of this position, as well as forming close relationships with all our vendors.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating a positive spa environment for both team members and guests
  • Staff recruiting, training and overall management
  • Payroll, as well as other daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Creating team and individual goals
  • Inventory management
  • Staying on top of the industry trends
  • Working directly with owners
