Description Job Title: Child Care Specialist
Job Type : Part time or Full time
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Location: Sterling Heights, MI

- Families participate in our internal screening process, which is designed to help ensure a good fit between the family and Child Care Specialist.
- Work with one or multiple families to build a schedule that fits your availability and helps you reach your desired number of working hours.

Responsibilities and duties including but not limited, to the following: - Engaging with children in activities and play that stimulates their development
- Providing interesting and fun activities that are age appropriate
- Establish a professional rapport and relationship with families in order to provide quality care and friendly service
- Communication with our SAH team and families
- Ensure the safety and well being of each child by responding to their emotional, social and physical needs

Requirements - Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of childcare experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- An undeniable positive, can-do attitude
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
