The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of weekly ministry activities, communication, and events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across various functions, including scheduling, communication, and creative planning.

Hours: 10 hours per week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and contribute to a Weekly Administrative Meeting (60 minutes) to align on priorities and responsibilities.
• Review and manage emails and social media accounts to ensure timely responses and engagement (60 minutes).
• Assist with pre-event setup for weekly Tribe gatherings , including venue preparation and materials (120 minutes).
• Track and record attendance of leaders to support accountability and participation (30 minutes).
• Assist with budget tracking and sourcing or creating meal plans/recipes for weekly gatherings (30 minutes).
• Coordinate and schedule 1:1 meetings between leaders and team members (60 minutes).
• Book rooms and guest preachers/speakers for upcoming meetings or events (60 minutes).
• Participate in Monthly Creative Meetings to contribute to event planning, branding, and thematic direction (30 minutes).
• Attend and support Worship Team Meetings , helping coordinate logistics and communication (60 minutes).
• Post content on social media platforms as directed to maintain engagement and visibility (30 minutes).
• Provide support in planning and coordinating events , including timelines, logistics, and communication (60 minutes).
