Location: Must be available for 1 week of onsite training in Kansas City; remote work after trainingJob Type: Contract from July 28 - November 14 (no extension expected)Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, standard business hoursCompensation Range: $25-$31/hr (W2)We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer to support the development of employee benefits marketing materials during the busy season. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with strong production and layout skills who thrives in structured, high-volume environments.Responsibilities: Update layout, typography, and colors within existing templates. Work with brochures, manuals, and internal documents using pre-approved designs. Maintain version control and ensure proper file naming and storage. Execute brand-compliant changes with a high level of accuracy. This Role Is: 100% production-focused-no creative concepting. Based entirely on established templates and brand libraries.
