Scheduler
SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire an experienced production scheduler for a manufacturing company based in Everett, WA. Ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with various teams.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
Pay: $25 - $26
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 730am - 430pm

Responsibilities and Duties
• Regularly interact with customers and coordinate communication across all departments within the facility
• Collaborate directly with builders or homeowners to support project timelines and construction goals
• Update both the production team and internal systems with any changes to delivery or project dates
• Track weekly schedules for major builders to help ensure on-time deliveries
• Enter upcoming production data into the system to help department leads plan ahead
• Once dates are finalized, organize and distribute production paperwork to the appropriate departments
Required Skills
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude in all interactions with clients and team members
• Comfortable with computers; we use customized internal software
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities
