Description About the Role: Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Recruiting Coordinator for our client in the hospitality industry. This position plays a key role in supporting high-volume hiring efforts across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: + Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring events + Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive candidate experience + Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens + Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate records + Liaise with hiring managers to align on staffing needs and interview logistics + Support onboarding and pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and new hire paperwork + Help coordinate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires + Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies and labor regulations + Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed Requirements Requirements: + 1+ year of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience + Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - preferred + Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
