Home Health Sales Representative

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Sales Representative to support the growth of our Medicare-certified home health agency in Palm Beach County. This role is ideal for a self-starter with an established referral network and a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape. Candidates must have prior home health experience and an active book of business to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate referrals by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote the agency’s services to ensure steady and compliant patient admissions.
Maintain a strong presence in the field through daily visits and ongoing communication with referral sources.
Educate providers and community stakeholders on Medicare home health services and eligibility requirements.
Coordinate closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition of care and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor referral activity and submit regular performance and pipeline reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency (LHCSA/CHHA).
Established referral relationships within Palm Beach County.
Knowledge of CMS regulations and home health eligibility criteria.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Must be detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
