Thank you for your interest in Cognizant career opportunities._ **About the role** As a SAP ISU FICA Consultant, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of SAP FICA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. You will be a valued member of the XYZ team and work collaboratively with managers, stakeholders, and technical teams. **In this role, you will:** + Lead design and implementation of SAP FICA solutions. + Conduct detailed requirement analysis and create functional specifications. + Oversee integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules and third-party systems. + Provide expert guidance on SAP FICA configuration, customization, and optimization. + Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for timely delivery. **Work model** Remote with travel for project milestones **What you need to have to be considered** + Extensive experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities. + Proven track record in Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services domains. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Experience in SAP IS Utilities FICA BRF+. **These will help you stand out** + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. + Awareness of regulatory, security, and data privacy standards. + Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives. **Salary and Other Compensation** This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. **Benefits** + Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off + 401(k) plan and contributions + Long-term/Short-term Disability + Employee Stock Purchase Plan **Disclaimer** The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
