What You’ll Do
• Lead complex divorce and family law matters from client intake through strategy, discovery, negotiation, trial, and settlement
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Oversee case staffing, workflow efficiency, and quality control
• Engage prospective high-end clients in intake meetings and serve as a firm's strategic representative
• Develop firm-wide best practices, support business development, and refine operational systems

Responsibilities:
What We’re Looking For • Minimum 7+ years of substantive divorce/family law experience, with exposure to high-asset and complex cases
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience managing legal teams or associates
• Excellent communication, trial preparation, and client counseling skills
• Tech-forward mindset; familiarity with practice-management systems, digital workflows, and efficient project delivery
• Passion for delivering empathetic, strategic advocacy in emotionally sensitive cases
Qualifications:
