We are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Senior Drupal Developer** for a Full-Time position. **Job Summary:** We are seeking **Senior Drupal Developers** to join our team in building and enhancing feature-rich, secure, and scalable Drupal-based platforms. You will work on complex content management environments, incorporating business process modeling (BPMN2.0) using Spiffworkflow and managing deployments on hosting platforms like Acquia Cloud. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact federal digital services with a focus on stability, performance, and usability. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and implement new features and modules on Drupal-based websites, including managing user roles, authentication, and authorization. + Architect and maintain business process workflows using Spiffworkflow compliant with BPMN2.0 standards. + Manage and deploy solutions within Acquia Cloud or similar Drupal hosting environments, including CI/CD pipelines and backup management. + Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable implementations. + Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions to support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and knowledge sharing. **Required Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including hands-on programming with Python and related technologies. + 5+ years of experience in Drupal development, including site building, custom module development, and user management. + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Acquia Cloud or comparable Drupal hosting platforms, including CI/CD and performance optimization. + 5+ years of experience designing and implementing BPM workflows using open-source tools like Spiffworkflow, following BPMN2.0 standards. + Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, best practices, and modern development methodologies. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in technical and stakeholder-facing settings. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with federal government environments or large-scale enterprise deployments. + Experience integrating third-party APIs, authentication services, or federated identity systems. + Knowledge of containerized deployment environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). + Contributions to open-source Drupal modules or participation in the Drupal community. **Does this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
