Position Details:

• Title : Site General Manager
• Location : Sparkle Express Car Wash, East Peoria, IL
• Base Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
• Bonus Potential : Up to $750 a month in bonus potential
• Additional Earnings : Uncapped commissions and spiffs for selling unlimited club memberships

What You’ll Do as Site General Manager:

• Run the Show : Own all daily operations, ensuring your site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently every single day.
• Drive Sales Like a Pro : Set the pace with a high-energy, sales-driven environment. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in selling memberships and providing top-tier customer service.
• Elevate the Customer Experience : Sparkle Express is known for exceptional service, and you’ll be at the forefront—ensuring every customer leaves impressed.
• Maintain Sparkle Standards : From cleanliness to organization, you’ll keep the site in pristine condition.
• Optimize Equipment Performance : Oversee preventative maintenance to keep all equipment in peak shape.
• Develop and Motivate Your Team : Lead, train, and empower team members to meet and exceed the Sparkle Standard. Your team’s success is your success.
