About the Job

  • Provide evaluation and treatment for children with communication, speech, and language needs.

  • Develop individualized therapy plans to help children thrive at home, school, and in the community.

Perks

  • Child Centered Culture

  • Supportive, Collaborative Team Environment
You’ll join a team of like-minded therapists (SLPs, OTs, etc.) who share knowledge, brainstorm creative strategies, and back each other up. We believe in mentorship, peer support, and continuous learning.
  • Autonomy with Guidance
We value your professional judgment and creativity. While there’s structure and standards in place, we also allow therapists room to adapt therapy to each child’s needs, to try creative approaches, and to shape their caseloads in ways that align with their strengths.
  • Work Life Balance & Community Focused
We understand your life outside work matters. We strive to offer schedules and coverage that allow you to recharge. Being based in Maine, we also foster connections with local schools, organizations, and families—you’re not just working “for a practice,” you’re part of the community.
