We are currently seeking a Sr. Python RPA Developer to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
- Develop scalable and reusable frameworks and components for automation.
- Review, test, and validate automation workflows to ensure quality and efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
- 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure
- Python, Java, Selenium
- Open-Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
- Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Enterprise IT systems (APIs, databases).

- Machine learning tools
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field
