St. Patrick Catholic School is seeking reliable and faith-aligned Substitute Teachers to provide instructional support in the absence of regular classroom teachers. The ideal candidate will maintain a structured, respectful, and faith-filled environment that reflects the mission of Catholic education. Substitute teachers are expected to follow lesson plans, manage classrooms effectively, and uphold the values and teachings of the Catholic Church.
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher to ensure continuity of instruction.
Maintain a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning and reflects Christian values.
Supervise students throughout the school day, including during classroom activities, lunch, and transitions.
Manage classroom behavior in a respectful, positive, and orderly manner.
Communicate effectively with school staff and administration as needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Support and participate in school prayer, religious observances, and activities when appropriate.
Practicing Catholic preferred or respectful of Catholic teachings and the mission of the school.
Ability to follow written plans and adapt to different classroom settings.
