Summary

Immediate need for an energetic, reliable, positive, professional substitute teacher for our Early Childhood Educational licensed Center. We have 6 classrooms with ages 6 weeks through rising kindergarteners. Our Center is a top-rated early childhood program with a very positive reputation for excellence. We are open 7:30am-5:30pm M-F.

Duties

Cover shifts for staff as they have planned and/or unplanned absences for their regular schedules.

Requirements

-Must be 18 or older, legally allowed to work in the US, and have a high school diploma or GED.
-Must be physically able to do the work required with young children.
-Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
-Must clear a fingerprinting background test.
-Must complete trainings and preservice requirements as dictated by DHS (Department of Human Services).
-Must have experience working with young children.

Nice To Haves

-C.D.A. or higher level in early childhood education
-2+ years experience working with young children
-Center-based experience in Early Childhood Education
-CPR/1st Aid Certification
