Position Summary

As a Transportation Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents can safely and comfortably travel to appointments, events, and other outings. This is more than just a driving role—it's an opportunity to connect with and support our residents, making their day brighter with every trip.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled destinations, including medical appointments, social outings, and errands.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for the vehicle.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the highest level of safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Friendly and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs, if required.
• No prior experience is necessary—what matters most is your dedication to providing exceptional service!
