Pay Rate: $16+ per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholsterer to join our team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing, restoring, and creating upholstered furniture and interiors. This role involves working with a variety of materials—including fabric, leather, padding, and springs—to bring new life to furniture or create custom pieces according to client specifications.
Repair, restore, and construct upholstered furniture and interiors.
Measure, cut, sew, and attach upholstery materials to furniture frames.
Replace or repair padding, springs, webbing, and fabric as needed.
Collaborate with clients or design teams to achieve desired looks and finishes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled.
Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and durability.
Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
Proven experience in upholstery or related field (automotive, furniture, marine, etc.).
Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to measure, cut, and sew with precision.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move furniture as required.
