As Warehouse Supervisor, you will take a hands-on role in overseeing a small team to ensure operational efficiency.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

• Loading and unloading trucks promptly and safely
• Receive and store incoming materials according to warehouse standards
• Adhere to all safety practices when operating in the warehouse
• Move materials within the facility as needed
• Document movement and weights for warehouse tracking system
• Perform equipment inspection as directed and document subsequent actions
• Connect dock plates as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staged and stored product
• Ability to use baler and forklift

 Position Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in warehouse or similar environment
• Possess a Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook 
• Willingness to submit to drug screen, MVR and background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs as needed
• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred
• Must be at least 25 years of age
