Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, marketing-minded Web Developer to bring digital experiences to life. You’ll collaborate with our design, content, and strategy teams to build and maintain websites that perform as beautifully as they look.

This role bridges development and marketing—ideal for someone who understands WordPress, Shopify, and email marketing but also loves testing new ideas, improving user journeys, and helping clients grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain websites on WordPress and Shopify, ensuring optimal functionality, speed, and user experience.
• Customize themes, templates, and plugins to align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to translate creative concepts into high-performing digital solutions.
• Support email marketing campaigns by building branded templates, landing pages, and automation integrations (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Implement tracking pixels, analytics tags, and event tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar tools.
• Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and mobile performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues, coordinate with hosting support, and maintain site security.
• Stay current with emerging web and marketing technologies to bring new ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in web development, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow including theme customization, plugin integration, and e-commerce functionality.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo).
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud for design collaboration.
• Fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with copywriting, automation tools (Such as Zapier)A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization using tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or another technical related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
