**Roles and Responsibilities**
* Provide accurate information on vehicles, financing options, and service appointments.
* Assist customers with scheduling test drives, service visits, and general inquiries.
* Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
* Update customer records in the CRM system with accuracy.
* Work closely with sales, service, and financing departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
* Represent Wedekind Motors with a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
