We are seeking dependable, professional Independent Contractor Drivers to assist with vehicle deliveries to customers and dealer trades between dealerships. Position Summary: As a 1099 Dealership Driver, you will transport new and pre-owned vehicles between our dealership, customer locations, and partner dealerships. You will represent the dealership’s professionalism while ensuring safe, timely vehicle transfers. Responsibilities: * Safely drive and deliver vehicles to and from dealerships, auctions, customer homes, and other destinations * Complete dealer trades by transporting vehicles and required paperwork between dealerships * Perform vehicle inspections before and after transport (check for damage, fuel levels, mileage) * Maintain communication with dispatch or dealership coordinator regarding delivery status * Follow all traffic laws and dealership protocols for vehicle handling Requirements: * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirements) * Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor * Ability to handle long-distance driving and local trips * Must have a smartphone for communication and navigation * Must operate as an independent contractor and provide appropriate tax documentation (W9)
