Inbound Warranty Sales Associate (Remote - U.S. & Canada)

About the Role
As an Inbound Warranty Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers who have recently purchased an appliance and are considering an extended warranty. Your role is to provide a seamless and positive customer experience while helping them understand the value of protection plans.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls, build rapport, and create a great customer experience by actively listening and asking the right questions.
Present warranty products and services based on customers' needs while addressing any concerns or objections.
Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and offering tailored solutions.
Is This You?
Experience in sales (at least 6 months).
Background in customer service (at least 6 months).
Previous call center experience is a plus.
Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
A natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and coachable.
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home.
Currently residing and authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

U.S.: $15.00 USD per hour + bonuses.
Canada: $16.50 CAD per hour ($17.40 CAD in BC) + bonuses.

Windows 10 or 11 operating system (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported).
Minimum 8 GB RAM.
Intel i3 processor or better.
Wired internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speeds.
Webcam and USB headset (required for training and daily work).
