Full-Time Personal Assistant/Companion (Live-In, Travel Required)
Location: Chevy Chase, MD (spring/summer) & Boca Raton, FL (winter)
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
Schedule is highly flexible and may vary based on the client’s needs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare light breakfast and coffee
• Coordinate and manage daily calendar
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and appointment transportation
• Prepare simple, healthy dinners (no gourmet experience required)
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Drive the client to outings and appointments
• Assist with phone communications and light administrative tasks (texting, note-taking, basic reports)
• Provide general household and lifestyle support
• Travel with the client between residences in Maryland and Florida (travel expenses covered)
• Assist with personal care limited to non-medical tasks (no bathing or mobility assistance required)This is a non-medical support role; no medical certifications or caregiving licenses are required

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, computers, & email
• Professional, dependable, and proactive
• Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Compassionate, personable, and enjoys forming long-term working relationships
• Flexible with their schedule and able to travel with the client as needed
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1,400–$1,800/week ($72,800–$93,600/year), depending on experience
• 2 weeks paid time off
• Private housing provided in both locations: Chevy Chase, MD: Private apartment in a luxury residential building, Boca Raton, FL: Private bedroom in a 2-bedroom waterfront condo
