**Job Title** - **Senior Business Analyst** - **Microsoft Dynamics 365** + **Senior Business Analyst** specializing in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)** Or **D355 Field Service** to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions. + Deep functional expertise in **D365 CE modules** , including **Customer Service, Field Service** + Should be able collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements in the form of Epics, features & user stories + Experience in negotiating with business to keep the out of the box functionality as apposed to customizing the application + Experience in running workshops, creating clear list of action items and documenting business processes using process flows, functional diagrams + Experience in capturing roles & responsibility, data visibility and security specific requirements within the context of D365 + Clear understanding of How D365 integrates with external sources and third party apps + Should be able to write functional as well integration user stories + Clear understanding and experience of Agile methodology implementing it using Jira or DevOps studio + Experience in working in multivendor, multi Geo teams especially onsite - Offshore delivery model Applications will be accepted until June 5th 2025.The annual salary for this position is between $110K- 150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:· Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance· Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off· 401(k) plan and contributions· Long-term/Short-term Disability· Paid Parental Leave· Employee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
