Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
• Operate powder coating equipment and apply powder to various surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish.
• Monitor and adjust the powder coating process to ensure optimal results.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in painting or coating processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in powder coating or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with powder coating equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
