WorkNomads seeks a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. From increasing hotel occupancy to creating irresistible content and running high-performing campaigns — you’ll be the digital engine behind WN Lab Hotel Sofia, our coliving community and growing list of corporate clients. As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive growth, bookings, and brand awareness across all hospitality touchpoints. You’ll partner closely with the Managing Team and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver compelling campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Search & Display, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive bookings and lead generation.
· Manage and grow our social media presence with original, engaging content for hotel, coliving, and community initiatives.
· Plan and launch email marketing campaigns tailored to different buying personas and customer journeys.
· Optimize conversion funnels across all digital channels and websites; run A/B tests and analyze user behavior.
· Lead-generation strategy development for corporate clients, event bookings, and B2B opportunities.
· Create and manage editorial content calendars to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
· Implement creative and guerrilla marketing ideas across both online and offline hotel spaces.
· Leverage AI and automation tools to scale content creation and campaign optimization.
· Monitor and analyze KPIs and use data to iterate and improve campaigns in real-time.
· Collaborate with sales, events, and operations teams to align messaging and marketing objectives.
· Ensure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
The Tools in your backpack:
· 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience.
· Proven track record in conversion-driven marketing and performance campaigns.
· Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and automation platforms.
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
· Strong knowledge of CRM segmentation, user journeys, and digital funnels.
· Data-savvy with strong analytical skills — you turn numbers into narratives and insights into action.
· A creative thinker who embraces experimentation and isn’t afraid to take calculated risks.
· Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and clear priorities.
· Bonus points for photography, video editing, or graphic design skills!
