Mystic Healthcare is a 100 bed skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities: Oversee assigned Nurses on your unit Communicate with resident's family and POA to provide updates Document resident's medical status and or changes accurately Make daily rounds of the department Provide direct nursing care as necessary Notify the resident's attending physician and next of kin when there is a change to the resident's condition Visit residents on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status Supervises the completion of the MDS in a timely fashion Admit, transfer and discharge residents as necessary Start IVs, obtain sputum, urine and other specimens for lab tests as ordered Must possess an unencumbered CT RN nursing license Our benefits include: Paid Time Off, Perfect Attendance Days Off, 401k, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Referral Bonus Program, Uniform Reimbursement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
